When we will go for measurement a land we may found many types of land. So there have many types of way to measure a land for finding its area. I am going to discuss some methods to measure land area.

LAND MEASUREMENT TECHNIC FOR TRIANGLE SHAPE OF LAND

For triangle land technic: For irregular shape of land, if possible, we have to divide a land maximum numbers of triangles. Then have to use the following rule.

 

 

 

Example 01: Let you have a land like a triangle shape.

= 600 sqft.

=600/435.6 =1.37741 Shotangsho

At first, you have to divide the land possible triangle form like  2^nd figure. Then solve the problem to find out every triagle area (i.e. A1, A2, A3, A4) and add the area for the final value.

MEASUREMENT TECHNIC FOR IRREGULAR  SHAPE OF RECTANGULAR LAND

Example 03: Let you have a land like a rectangle shape but not proper rectangular shape.

For those types of shape, at first, we have to average the almost parallel site than multiply as like as

perfect rectangle shape.

=(40+60)/2=50 ft

and 

=(80+70)/2=75 ft

Area, A= 50X75 = 3750 sqft.

             = 3750/435.6

             = 8.6088 Shotangsho
